Kyle is currently an Assistant Principal of Instruction at the KRESA Career Connect Campus in Kalamazoo, Michigan where he works to support teachers provide an authentic and meaningful educational experience focused on developing real-world skills and career readiness. He is also an adjunct faculty member for the award winning Master of Arts in Educational Technology (MAET) program at Michigan State University.  He is interested in the intersection of creativity, technology and mindfulness, and how they impact learning. Prior to joining KRESA, Kyle served as an Assistant Principal at Kalamazoo Central High School. Before to moving into administration Kyle was a high school social studies teacher for twelve years. Before joining MAET as an instructor Kyle was  a member of the MSU-Wipro STEM & Leadership Teaching Fellowship’s instructional team, where he worked with Chicago Public Schools teachers to create transformative, innovative and multimodal instructional experiences for students.
