OER Commons (Open Educational Resources) is a site that I have been exposed to by the great teaching blog Free Technology for Teachers. OER is a site that offers teachers to post lessons and materials for specific content, and grade level. The content can then be organized and sorted down to format type, and media used. This is a great resource for teachers looking to start their careers and looking for inspiration from colleagues.
